Pafos Limanaki (Harbour)

Pafos Limanaki or Harbour is one of the most picturesque places of Cyprus. With it's medieval castle as a backround it will travel you back in time.

This is not really a marina but the only sheltered anchorage in Pafos for the time being. If you are lucky it will be a tight squeeze here. You most probably will have to drop anchor in the middle as the berths are taken up mostly by tourist boats and fishing boats. No water and no electricity but you are in the heart of Pafos! Right by the castle and among many fish tavernas, cafes and within walking distance from the tourist area with more restaurants, hotels, cafes, night clubs and shops.

You will find the harbour at 33"45'N 32"25'E. Conspicuous is the white lighthouse on Pafos Point.

BEWARE OF

  • The Moulia Rocks lying 2 miles SE of the harbour consist of several above and below water rocks
  • The eastern breakwater of the harbour which is partly submerged
